Agenda

To consider, and if thought fit, to approve a new constitution for the Computer Conservation Society to take effect immediately following the close of the meeting.

Background

The British Computer Society has changed the dates of its fiscal year and in consequence all BCS Specialist Groups need to change the dates of their Annual General Meetings.
The CCS Committee have taken the opportunity to bring the present constitution, which was last reviewed 10 years ago, up to date with current practice and circumstances.
