APM and CITRIX - Andrew Herbert
APM Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Citrix Systems Inc of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. Andrew Herbert has become Citrix's Director of Advanced Technology and Chris Phoenix has become Citrix's Director of Advanced Products with overall responsibility for APM Ltd. Rob van der Linden has become Chris's Operations Director. tbd will introduce CITRIX to the Board and explain CITRIX's desire to see APM complete the ANSA Programme on behalf of the Consortium. The Board will be requested to continue APM's joint role as sponsor and work programme manager. |

Consortium Status - Andrew Herbert
Andrew will give the usual report on Consortium membership. In particular both BT and Fujitsu are expected to remain sponsors until the end of the programme in December. |

Andrew will give the usual summary of deliverables produced since the previous Board meeting and plans for the final two quarters of the ANSA Programme. |
